Monrovia resident Joseph Muir Osborne was arrested this week after engaging in sexually explicit conversations with an undercover detective from the Fairfax County Child Exploitation Unit, leading to a bust in Frederick County.
According to the sheriff's office, detectives from both agencies executed a search warrant on Osborne's home in the 3700 block of Blueberry Drive, where he was arrested without incident and taken to the Frederick County Adult Detention Center.
Osborne was charged with 25 counts of distribution of child pornography and distribution of bestiality in Fairfax County. The Frederick County Sheriff's Office also charged him with 24 counts of possession of child pornography.
He's being held in Frederick County pending his extradition to Virginia to face charges in Fairfax County.
